Microsoft is raising the price of all Xbox models in August — the second increase in under a year thanks to surging memory costs. If you’ve been thinking about picking up a console, now’s the time to grab one at the current price.
The standout deal is the 1TB Xbox Series X with disc drive. It’s $573 at Walmart and $573.99 at Target, down from the usual $649.99. That model includes a 4K Blu-ray player and will jump to $799.99 in about a month. If you’re planning to play GTA VI later this year, it’s the one to get.
The disc-free Xbox Series S is also getting cheaper. Dell has the 512GB model for $349.99 — the best deal right now. Target has it for $379.99, which might be worth it for in-store pickup or if you have a Circle Card discount.
