Someone Hid a Gaming PC Inside a Living Room Fan Using 3D-Printed Parts

An enthusiast took an AtomMan G7 mini PC, completely disassembled it, and crammed the guts inside a Dreo tower fan. The fan moves air at 28 feet per second — which, conveniently, also cools the PC.

3D-printed custom brackets hold everything in place. The motherboard, RAM, and storage are mounted inside the fan housing. The fan’s own airflow does double duty: cooling the room and cooling the PC.

The AtomMan G7 is a compact gaming mini PC. It’s not a power house on the level of a full desktop, but it handles modern games at reasonable settings. Stuffing it inside a fan makes it the ultimate stealth build. Nobody looks at a tower fan and thinks “there’s a gaming PC in there.”

This isn’t the first time someone’s hidden a PC in an unexpected place. We’ve seen them in desks, drawers, even wall art. But a fan is a new one. The engineering is thoughtful — the builder clearly measured airflow, thermals, and clearance before printing the mounts.

Practical? Debatable. Cool? Absolutely. It’s the kind of project that reminds you why the PC building community is still fun to watch. Someone out there is always pushing the boundaries of what counts as a “case.”
