The port recreates the complete game — from Ravenholm to City 17 — using WebGL 2 rendering. No plugins, no downloads. Just open a browser tab and play.
Performance is impressive. The developer nailed the feel of the original. Physics puzzles, gravity gun antics, the whole thing. Save states work across sessions, so you can pick up where you left off. Console commands are supported too, which is a nice touch for anyone who remembers sv_cheats 1.
It’s a technical achievement. WebGL 2 has been around for years but this is one of the most ambitious projects built on top of it. If you’ve got an afternoon and some nostalgia for Gordon Freeman, it’s worth a look.
