Salesforce has disabled the Klue Battlecards app integration on its platform following a security incident that exposed customer data through OAuth token abuse.
The company confirmed the integration was disabled on June 11, 2026, and noted that organizations won’t be able to connect to Salesforce via Klue until further notice. Klue, a competitive intelligence platform, relies on the integration to pull data from Salesforce accounts.
Details on the scope of the data exposure and number of affected customers haven’t been publicly disclosed. The incident highlights the ongoing risks posed by third-party OAuth integrations, which can be abused to access platform data without direct credential compromise.
Salesforce urged customers to review their connected apps and revoke any unnecessary OAuth tokens as a precautionary measure.
