XRP Ledger Is Closing In on 1 Million AI Transactions

The XRP Ledger is nearing a milestone: 1 million transactions conducted entirely by autonomous AI agents. That’s according to data from the t.54 service.

The timing matters. XRP just broke through its daily middle Bollinger Band at $1.1112. It’s sitting at $1.1194, up almost 3% in 24 hours. Next target is the upper band at $1.2320, and then the weekly middle Bollinger Band at $1.3147. Clear that, and $1.30 is in play.

What’s driving the AI activity? The XRPL x402 payment facilitator from the t54 team, built with Ripple’s support. It uses the HTTP “402 Payment Required” code to let AI bots pay each other for computing power or data. No manual wallet management. No complex API keys.

Nearly a million agent transactions have already settled through it. Every on-chain operation burns part of the network fee — a long-term deflationary mechanism that reduces available supply.

This aligns with Ripple’s 10-year forecast: autonomous AI becomes one of the main consumers of network liquidity, turning blockchain into the settlement layer for robots.

If XRP holds above its daily indicators and the AI transaction narrative keeps building, the multi-month downtrend might finally be done.
